Request a mod that turns Raiders to Crossed

Simply put, would someone be willing to make a small mod that turns Fallout 4's base Raider faction into The Crossed, based on the incredible work by Garth Ennis? I'd settle for a simple name change, but I'd be absolutely elated to have a system like Zombie Apocalypse where infected get a red cross on their face and gain a berserk effect.
