request Combining a mutations mod with a dickgirl\ futa\ shemale mod?

So yesterday I came across F4llout 76 - Mutations, a mod that adds the F76 mutations mechanic to F4. It's pretty neat on its own, but I was wondering: why not combine it (or a similar mod, because there are a few, I've seen) with one of those mods that add dicks to female characters? After all, Shadman's Vault Meat art is fairly popular, and it would be an immersive way to add dicks to female characters (provided that npcs can get mutations), unless you want to make-believe that they had a dick all along, which is technically fine, but you know.
