This home is a one bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms. In addition it has a dedicated workout room, art studio, walk-in closet, and laundry room. The home is move in ready, with all appliances in place, walls painted, floors either tiled or carpeted. All you need is your own decorating savvy, and landscaping.

 

This build does require the following DLC from Origin, Eco Lifestyle, Get Famous, Get Together, Island Living, Strangerville, Vampires.

Yes I spotted a plan on pinterest that sparked this one. I tell you this, the outer walls were a PITA to do.
