A tail problem with Skydraenei

I downloaded the SSE version of Skydraenei (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/57617) and followed it's instructions in bodyslide. It seems to work fine but that tail has the texture of an argonian tail even when using the preset skin colors. I tried different things, I removed any mods affecting the skin of characters and any mod affecting argonians. I also tried to use the optionnal file of the mod that just removes the tail but it didn't work either, it's still here. Anything else I could try ?

You at least managed to HAVE a tail, I understand even less well what to do : I have only the Draenei head with this mod ...
