Need help with Horses for followers.

Does anyone have any issues with Horses for followers?

I reinstalled the mod and it has changed dramatically.

 

Now I can not buy a  horse for my follower at the Stables.

Now I can only get a horse for my follower using the Ledger

at the stables.

 

With the new system, i have to read a bill of sale. Then switch ownership.

But I never see the horse become mine.

 

Anyone having this issue?
