Help with Assassin's Creed Valhalla?

I bought AC:V for the PC but it runs super slow. Not sure why as I'm pretty sure I meet all the requirements. systemrequirementslab says it does. My specs are: 

CPU: Intel Core i9 @ 2.50GHz
RAM: 64.0GB
GPU: 4095MB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 
SSD: 1863GB Seagate ST2000DM008-2FR102 
OS: Windows 10 Home 64bit

Your rig is excellent. How it is possible that this game runs slow?

Try to set the graphics to the min possible values and check.

In case it will be working, then probably it is some settings somewhere.

 

If it will not work well on minimum level, then there should be an error somewhere else.

Alright. I'll give that a shot. I'm going to try revalidating the files first.

Okay. Set it to low. Still a bit on the slow side. Not nearly as noticeable now, but still there.
