Is there a schlongs of skyrim patch for falmer playable race?

At first I was going to say that the new Playable Falmer skeleton is unlikely to support SoS. Upon downloading, however, it looks like it's in fact using an XMPSE skeleton so the skeleton should support a schlong (even females). I'm guessing you would just need SoS to implement a schlong addon for the two new races that the Falmer mod creates. That involves tearing open the ESPs (not sure if it's the main SoS plugin or the addons plugin or both). It's a little out of my wheelhouse to even try and help you do this method, but there are plenty of folks here who could probably walk you through that.

Unfortunately, there are some other things hindering compatability here. The Playable Falmer mod pulls from skyrim's base falmer textures to skin its supplied meshes. Bethesda's vanilla falmer textures have crude undies on them for obvious reasons. Fortunately, More Nasty Critter's replaces that texture with a true 'naked' texture which should be compatible with Playayble Falmer. So, if you want at least a nude ken doll version of the falmer (no bits but at least no undies), you could simply pull MNC's falmer diffuse and normal textures (falmerm.dds and falmerm_n.dds located here: MNCversionwhateverwhatever/textures/MoreNastyCritters/falmer) and place them here: Skyrim/data/textures/dlc01/actors/falmer. If that folder doesn't exist already, create it and drop them in. Now Playable Falmer (and vanilla Skyrim) will use those 'nude' textures instead.

Your path of least resistance is likely finding an equippable schlong addon for SoS and equipping it on your falmer as I don't believe those addons care about race application (I could be wrong) because it works similar to any other armor piece. It probably won't line up correctly because Playable Falmer also uses its own body mesh that isn't quite the same as the SoS body mesh. If that's the case, you could crudley edit an equippable schlong in OutfitStudio, stretching a few things to at least eliminate gaps. Then you've got to also edit the textures for said equippable schlong the match up with the falmer body skin so you don't have a pink-flesh, humanoid-looking schlong on the decrepit, festering flamer skin. :D

Long story short; It's a lot of work to get them working. You've got a new race that SoS doesn't recognize, with a new mesh that isn't quite compatible with SoS schlong meshes anyway, using vanilla falmer textures that have undies by default. It's doable, but you have to really want it and already be pretty familiar with tinkering at this level.
