Mod that is more precise to add body parts or traits to npc and other sims

Hello,

 

like i wrote in the title i am in search of a mod, that helps add specific body parts or traits to npc's and playable sims. WW has just the 3 options all, random and non, but i think i saw an extentional mod, where you can choose which sort of sims get a feature without applying it to sims, i don't want it on, but i can't find it again and i searched for two day now ☹

Does anybody know by chance, which mod this is?
