Sexier Sanguine replacer?

Is there a better/sexier replacer for Sanguine? The vanilla Dremora is more than a bit... meh.

I'd rather not download Sanguine's Debauchery for just the looks - and I've already tried Daggerfall-inspired Sanguine SE, yet either I'm too stupid when it comes to working with CK or something's not quite right with the mod, for I still have the grey face bug with it...
