Excessive Miscarriages/Stillborns

My sim's are successfully getting pregnant and are having full term pregnancies, however each pregnancy results in a miscarriage/stillborn. Yes, I've disabled miscarriages from the pie menu. The pregnant sims are not doing drugs and I'm not force terminating these pregnancies. Even going as far as 'Have baby at hospital' and misscarrying at the hospital venue. I've attempted with multiple save files, multiple NPC's, multiple played characters - all miscarriages. I haven't had a live birth since downloading WW. Help!
