HPH Head Width and Length sliders?

Does anyone know if there are sliders out there like those from RANs for HPH? I know expressive facegen morphs exists, and I have it, but it lacks the Head Width and Head Length sliders from RANs, and I consider those to be pretty vital to my sculpting process. So, I'm just kind of wondering if anyone has added them to HPH and RM, or if I'm just SOL and have to slowly teach myself how morphs work finally LOL
