Skyrim Elysium Mod failed to install

Hi guys,

 

i've got a problem:

I tried to install the Elysium Mod package. it failed, telling me, that it is "Unable to download Skyrim_Default.ini (GameFileSourceDownloader+State|SkyrimSpecialEdition|1.5.97.0|skyrim_default.ini)"

Can someone help me? Where can I get this file?
