The only thing we got are the suspicious github projects when you search "outer worlds adult mod". Seriously those might be either scammers hi-jacking your PC or Trojan trying to get your accounts and datas, do not try them. I guess that's what we get for a game full of "R34 destroyer models" NPCs.
