Dialogue abrupts automatically - can't receive quests!

There's a bug I cannot find a solution for anywhere...

Whenever I try speaking for a quest giver like Arniel Gane or Florentius in Fort Dawnguard, my dialogue cuts out after the first line as if I press TAB button. If I repeat the dialogue - the problem happens again, so I cannot receive some quests at all (other than activating them in the console).

I've tried turning off many mods I've installed recently (because the problem appeared about a month ago or so), but, sadly, no results...

Tried disabling a matter of time just now, but the problem still remains In fact, I started having the problem before I installed A Matter of TIme...

Sadly, disabling this one didn't solve the problem either.

 

I suspect the problem is caused by wrong load order... Yet, both LOOT and NMM sort my mods the way they are on the list, so I've no Idea which one is placed wrong.

There is a way to force the quest.

Crosshair npc

Console command       say questID

But I more and more tend to, it's your char, the pc, is in a loop.

As all npc stop.  Try sleep, wait, finish another quest, die in a fight and let autoreload.

Go into jail, all what might interrupt this loop.

Just thinking what could be a reason.

A guard walks towards you, asking to pay the bounty. Just at this moment you fast travel.

The quest started but cannot finish.

Okay, I'll try doing something like this. Yet, my current walkthrough is a new one, the video with example is from my old save. So, both new and old save files have the same issue...

I remember this happening to me in Fort Dawnguard. Someone here on LL suggested this fix. It was that there was an enemy outside the valley entrance, even though it wasn't showing on the compass. I either went out and killed or used console command on myself stopcombat. After that the dialogue went through. This was a couple years ago, so I'm not 100% sure. The Relationship Dialogue Overhaul mod also has a stop combat feature which I may have used.

Looks like I've finally managed to fix the problem!

Checked with it - Florentius continues the dialogue. Checked without it - it cuts out as on the video in the first post. Checked with the mod on again - the dialogue continues.

 

Gotta keep my eye on it for some more time, just to be sure if the problem is really solved.

Nope, the first version, the one which is in "Main files"
