I love this mod, but for some reason it adds Companion's Wolf NPCs in Whiterun that become randomly aggresive and are unkillable. Is there a way to remove them?

It annoyed me too. But I just try to disable it in console command,

You open the console command and click the wolf, then type disable.  Just make sure you point to the right reference otherwise you might disable the wrong npc or object.
