I lost my account, can I recover it ?

Hello,

 

I have a problem. I can't afford to connect on my account.

 

I don't know if the login method changed, but, if I remember rightly, I could login to my account using my pseudo. Now, it demands an email address, but none of my 3 email addresses seems to be linked to my loverslab account (I tried to recover my password with the 3 of them, but I never received the mail).

 

Is it possible to recover my old account ? Just when I want to modify some things on it, I lost it ^^'

 

I created this one meanwhile, but I want to recover the old one ^^'

You need your email to login now.

To recover your account you have to prove you are the same person.

Sorry to "re-open" this but I figured it would be better to use a already existing topic?

I have the same issue and already wrote like 2 or 3 support tickets but never got an answer.

Same issue. Had to make new account
I am pretty sure I used to sign up with the same e-mail address, but when I tried recover the password I never receive the mail.. 

 

Is it possible to get to my old account? Anyone solved this?
