Can you install 2 body mods at the same time?

I'm planning to install Fallout 4 again and want to use CBBE for the NPCs and Atomic Beauty for the custom race IKAROS.

 

Now I ask myself the farage is that even possible?

 

In my opinion this should work, because there are mods for IKAROS that create and load separate meshes for the vanilla armor and clothing.

 

The question is, are there technical problems when I install the two body mods?

Do you even need the plugins of the two mods or do you have to follow a certain load order?

 

Does anyone have experience?
