CTD after Slaverun quest

My first time modding skyrim and i downloaded Slaverun Reloaded 

After getting enslaved for the first time you required to go inside whiterun
and when i try to go inside my skyrim crashes

After searching old topic it seems something to do with Devious Device
but after trying the hotfix it still crashes

I'm not sure what to do

So i disabled all my mods

and only using slaverun and its requirement

its work for now

 

but then when the quest get to pike calling farengar the first time

the quest stuck, farengar doesnt seem to move from his workshop
