Can’t manage or buy back strip club

i recently tried to to go a strip club my sim owned, but i there isn’t an option for me to manage it, idk how to sell it bc it’s not even registered as a business, just an owned lot. but my sim still owns it. 

 

i could turn it into a rented place for a while, but what can i do? my mods (ww,nisa, basedmental) and game are up to date
