Need help converting female panties to male

Here's my problem. The female panties also have a bra which gives my guy breasts and I'd like to not have them. So I exported the texture, edited it, and it shows up in the right location.  But when I exported the male nude mesh and applied the texture, the penis I have installed shows.  So I removed the "nude" category and still have the same problem.  Any idea how I make it so the penis doesn't show with the panties? Tia!
