Overhaul mod for Skyrim like OOO for oblivion?

I was looking to pick up Skyrim in the hopefully coming soon steam summer sale and so on. Bethesda tends to make horribly balanced games out of the box with tons of shitty level scaling. I heard Skyrim isn't quite so bad, but are there any mods like OOO or FCOM for skyrim that fix this kinda of stuff that someone could point me too?

Skyrim Redone comes first, it truly changes the indeep gameplay.

 

ACE does it more vanilla style and is also fun to play.

 

Requiem does it also but for hardcore only (if you enjoyed Dark Souls or you liked how hard were RPG in the past you might want to try).
