added MCC mod to my game and now underwear will not disappear

Ever since I added MCC the underwear is always on in CAS and in game unless they are having sex. I checked all the settings in WW but it all looks right. IDk how to run MCC properly though yet so maybe there is a setting I am missing there??? Please advise on what to do.
