Making npcs comment on the nudity of other npcs

I've set up AI packages for my mods npcs so they go bathing at the weekend, but now I'm unsure how to approach adding random dialogue between the three npcs that can play depending on what quests you've done for them etc. I'm guessing scenes is the way to go, but what do I need to do for the npcs to be recognized as nude?

 

TLDR: How do I get an npc to say 'I'm looking respectfully' when another npc unequips everything.

there is already a keyword set in the game that recognizes nude characters you could replicate that for them to do it to other NPC's and put in custom lines with the creation kit or Nif Scope
