What Resident Evil 3 Mod is this and is it available for RE2?

Firstly, i must apologize, when my Question post is not in one of the Resident Evil 2/3 mod Threads, but i think that RE2 has only this "Alphaomega" or what its called mod for mods made by the modder. Resident Evil 3 however has only Threads for Nude Mods. But my Question is not about a Nude mod. If my Question is sortable in any Thread, please feel free to correct this.

 

I found this Video of Jill, wearing a very hot and good looking outfit. Unfortunately, i dont know, if the "Bad detective" name for it is right. I checked the Video descirption, but aside the Weapons mods, the only link that might suggest being the Link for the costume mod, is a Patreon link. I dont have Patreon, but i want to be sure, if this mode is available for anyone or just for those who pay....AND i wanted to know, if the same mod or similar would be available for Claire
