Mod Request: (or point me to it if it already exists) Limited Non-Con Areas

I would love to find a mod that works with some of the non-con mods to limit them to certain groups and areas. I didn't like the entire world being established as everyone is a creeper/sexual deviant. It would be cool to establish that raiders, monsters, and certain communities would be happy to rape your character, make her their pet, use devious devices, etc. And other areas would be the opposite, protective and helpful, help you unlock you devious devices, heal up and enjoy life. The idea came from movie Chaos Walking. Some villiages were honorable people others were deviant men bent on dominating of the others. In the good villiages it would be vanilla, and the others you would have slave auctions, harems, and strippers.

 

If some one wants to make this I would love to be a creative resource, not much of a modder, but could learn somethings and maybe help.
