Bodies from Resident Evil

Maybe someone has a chance to pull out female body meshes from Resident Evil? At first glance, at 3-8, they look much better than cbbe and fg. Maybe it's the bones, but I'd love to see meshes. In any format for 3d max, blender. I found meshes, but they god knows what format. With numbers instead of expansion. I don't know how to export / convert this.
