Skyrim LE/SE Male NPC to Female Overhaul Mod + xVASynth voices (without PC gender being changed) mod idea

As the title says, a mod that would be nice would be one that changes literally ALL male NPCs into female like SkyFem. The only 2 problems I have with SkyFem is the no voices (which can be fixed with xVASynth by assigning the new Female NPCs many of the available female voice lines of XVASynth and possibly female voicelines from other games to make some unique NPCs stay unique) and SkyFem changes the PC gender as well. I'd like the PC gender to remain unchanged so anyone can play as either male or female.

 

I know this is a lot to ask for but I am pretty sure that with time and effort this is possible. A mod such as Botox for Skyrim and some hair mods could be used to give the new female NPCs variety instead of editing every single male NPC.

 

Then xVASynth would be used for the normal voice lines of the game so instead of Balgruuf's voice there would be any available female voiceline from Skyrim (or even from other games to give a variety to voices) and some dialogue lines would need to be altered (so the correct gender terms are used).

 

Hope someone decides to mod this.
