Here we have my idea of a lot specifically created for the player who designs CC. This lot was created with base game only components. It is a 30x30 unfurnished lot featuring 2BR, 1.5BA, with a driveway and detached studio. I've included KEWAI's Backscreen package as the studio is designed around it. Furnish as needed!
