Please correct me if I'm wrong, it seems the realistic lightning have sort of incapability with climates of of tamriel.

Do the realistic lighting.esp/realistic lighting patcher.esp/realistic lighting addon.esp come with "RLO (realistic lighting overhaul)", or are they from an ENB mod you installed? If it's the first case, then you have no problem, if it's the latter, then the ENB is not compatible with either COT or RLO.

 

Also you've installed RLO incorrectly, you can't choose interior settings(warm or cold) if you wish to use COT along with RLO, you can only use default settings for interior. Check out this page for more details : http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/articles/853//?
