Note this is Lactis incompatible. I'm depreciating that part of the code due to the lack of updates for Lactis.

 

EDIT: Had to redo it, realized JsonUtil Didn't work as a proper toggle. Have 0.94 instead (realized I already had 1 bugfix in my personal copy as 0.93).

 

This ones a full copy, just replace everything installed. Probably revert to a 0.92 save as well.

 

Setup is done via JSON. In "ConfigRandEff.json" in SKSE/Plugins/StorageUtilData/FMEffects, 1 is "Feature On", 0 is "Feature Off".

 

First turn the features you don't like off, then boot the game, type "help configuration" and get the CFG Loader's spellID.

 

then click the pc and type "cast [spellID] 00000014 left". This will load your settings.

So, I think that's down to the "Adopt vs. Follower" system that FM+ uses.

 

Instead of using children slots for "Biological Children", It kind of just goes baby->follower.

 

I actually don't mess with that part of FM+ (I only deal in effects), so this is actually a question for @sub-human as to whether the sliders could be made independent.

 

However, the problem of baby->fully grown follower still stands; maybe a placeholder child/children (2/6 HMA slots) if HMA is detected?

Possibly, I am not a scripting guru my knowledge of the CK is pretty limited, my mods mostly fallout 4 outfit conversions for Fusion Girl body and I made AAF recognize most furniture in the SS2 plots, I want to learn this stuff, but it makes my head spin <.<  You probably could not make it work without it taking up an adoption spot, but still some slow growth would be  a bit more immersive, if some are like me I dont ever plan on using my hero/heroins kids as companions.  I usually dont take any along anyway cause they just get in the way, break stealth ect.  But it would be pretty cool to have a kid (s) that grow up.  Thats why I was asking if there was a technical reason, dunno if it is impossible slow the kid growth way down.  I know you can in Fo4 but the system is different and added by modders and beeing female had recovery time and child growth separate in the options, but dont ask me the technical part how they did it I could not tell you.

Quick question, I made a pregnancy normal map set for Khajiit (and working on one for Argonian) and was wondering what file pathing I would need to add for FM+ IE to recognize they exist, would I need to alter the swapping script as well and if so, what would I need to put in to get it to read the beastial race specific paths?

 

Also, I would share them but havent gotten permission from the original authors to do so as of yet, dont wanna break any rules and get banned from here and Nexus for being dumb x.x

You can use dw's file path folder in the following manner:

 

Data/textures/dw/pregnormals/khajiit/[percent as a number]/femalebody_1_msn.dds

 

So, for example, the 20% map would live in Data/textures/dw/pregnormals/khajiit/20/femalebody_1_msn.dds

originally I edited the paths to use a completely separate file path but it had the side effect of making the hands on all races show as human hands. gunna test with the corrected file path and see if it fixes the minor bug I probably created for myself.

I dont know whats causing it, but I still cant figure out why its defaulting to using the human hands texture on every race x.x

I dunno if its the script from FMIE or if its something else.

(I really am dumb when it comes to stuff like this and will probably have to just deal with it till I can find a fix or something I guess)

Sooo, after EXTENSIVE testing, it seems the hand issue is related to something in FM+IE.

Just a heads up, I believe its one of the scripts, maybe the one meant for the normal map swapper is swapping textures instead of normal maps. That's my guess, idk how to write scripts soo its purely a guess.

 

EDIT:  I have searched thru the scripts and found a single reference to 'Pizza Napkin' and checked thru the earlier posts and was wondering if that's the item showing up with human textures regardless of race? I'll try reenabling FM+IE after making the character to see if it applies human hands to my khajiit or not after character creation.

 

Turns out it was an animation mod that was breaking things by overwriting the scripts, and the human hands is only in the racemenu, it fixes itself when not being overwritten.
I did say I'm dumb x.x
BTW, my rating for this mod? 10 outta 10, would highly recommend, also made 1 more tweak to add to the script for applying the normal maps to the Half-Khajiit race as well.

They have not implemented it yet. Hopefully they are still actively working on it, but we will have to be patient.

Recovery time cannot be shorter than baby growth time, but it can be longer.

All information about the baby, is stored with the mother.  If she got pregnant with a second baby, its information would "overwrite" the current one.  Which could cause massive problems with determining the child's race, i.e. go look at the numerous bugs reports on FM's page about "weird" child races not matching the parents.

I'm pretty sure I am having problems with this mod, all the overlays, MCM options are working and it even has a cycle it goes through and updates normally, but it seems sperm is not being detected so I get no increase in conception chance. I have sexlab installed and all requirements including SLSO but every time I have sex no sperm is added. Then, if I use the debug menu to add sperm, the conception chance still stays at 0% does anyone have a clue why its not detecting sperm or increasing my conception chance?

I cant seem to get the stretch marks or dark nipples working. I got BHUNP, TitKit for BHUNP, and Skin Feature Overlays. They all work independently, but FME doesn't appear to do anything with them. I havent noticed FME doing anything at all, frankly.

Edit: I think the NPC comments are working.

 

Edit: I think my ENB is suddenly preventing all racemenu overlays from showing for some reason. Dirt & Blood overlays work.

If you haven't found this mod already, there is a mod, "Fertility's Menstruation Effects" which has this option. I've never tried with this mod so proceed cautiously.

Check on Nexus. There's a Hearthfire mod "Hearthfire Children Grow Up" https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/24826/  where the adoptable kids grow up. If I remember right, in FM there is the option to either have the kids you give birth to be adoptable or trainable -  with the trainable option apparently the default. I find if I uncheck the training option, the child my PC births becomes one of my "adopted" children (who ever heard of adopting a baby you just gave birth to?). The process is tied to your level increase - babies  become teens after you advance 12 levels following adoption. After advancing 12 more levels they become adults.

w234aew - any chance you can update the download page? The most recent update shown there is 0.8pre. Having just read all the pages here from page 5 through 17 I know that there are several more updates, now at 0.94.
