Hair Transparency

I've been working on Elizabeth's cut hair but even though I did all the confusing coformulator parts and got the .tri  when I enter the game  the hair is transparent .

At first I thought it was the alpha channels of the textures but I removed the textures and it's still transparent only now it has purple color ( the one meshes have when they don't have textures) . I even edited the NiAlpha property of nifskope like I saw in a tutorial but it didn't fix it  .

 

 

Can anyone take a look ? ( I've included the .nif and the .tri files )

Your welcome, i change the Shader Flags 1&2 and Specular Strength in BSlightingShader:

 

In Shader Flags 1 you have checked SLSF1_Vertex_Alpha

and in SF2: SLSF2_Double_Sided and SLSF2_Assume_Shadowmask

i basically uncheked...

The Specular Strength change to 0.9000 instead 0.6000

 

I haven't much idea about it, so just to be sure i edit the Nif like a vanilla one.

I had this on a follower, so thanks for this thread !

AMD vidcard using sharpshooter enb

 

the setting were checked the same as above

SLSF1_Vertex_Alpha

SLSF2_Assume_Shadowmask

Specular Strength 0.6000

(but double sided was not enabled)

alpha flag was set to 4845

 

I tried changing to your settings Crashdown but still had transparancy

so I set them back as before.

changing flag to 4844 fixed the transparancy for me

but then again AMD vid cards and alpha transparancy has been a issue for a long time in skyrim
