I want the npc's in a town or random friendly npc's to ether Stop, Look, Follow, or Ignore the PC should they be naked. I noticed when a dragon gets killed all these npc's in the area flock to the dragon's dead body say a few things or nothing then they stop and go back to there daily tasks. What I wish to achieve is something similar but small scale, where if an npc is close enough to the pc it will trigger this effect but for a shorter time and a possibility for ether them to ignore (low likely) stop and stare (high likely) or follow (average likely) but only if the PC is naked. I got the idea for this while researching how people react to a naked person in public (besides the cops showing up, to which one would be surprised to how legal it is to walk around in your birthday suit) I found most people will ether stop and stare or just keep moving on, while some will follow for a bit. Having a think on it, I feel this would really give that pop factor to the game.
