Screenshot Help

So earlier I posted in discussion my screenshot function stopped working , didn't think that big of deal , looked in my documents ballow screenshot was set at 1 , so I looked in my oblivion data folder oblivion_default an ballow screenshot is set to 0 , now how would I change that , tried to an it wouldn't let me , could this be load order related?

Did you disable the anti-aliasing?

It should not take a screen shot it is enabled.
