i need help with the aphrodite's bow mod

when ever i follow the one step where it says to take all the contents out of the file and i do so and boot up starbound it crahses

As long as your folder path looks like Starbound/mods/<mod name>.pak (or mods/<mod folder name>/metadata) then you should be fine. You should send your log so we can have proper info as to what went wrong.
