Account Recovery Email Not Sending - Cannot Log In

Hello,

 

I'm currently on an alternate account because I am unable to log into my main account. I think there may be an issue with loverslab not sending a recovery email. Context:

 

My main account uses 2 factor authentication with Google Authenticator. The app was on my old phone, which unfortunately broke. So I am unable to transfer the account to my new phone. Because of this, I cannot log in. I've tried using the alternatives: log in from a separate, recognized device and send an email to recover the account. Neither worked for me, for some reason. Logging in onto a different device (that has logged into LL before) only brought me to the same 2FA requirement. When I requested the email be sent, I never received one. I did check junk folders. I even tested the email address using the reset PW option, and I received the email immediately.

 

It looks to me like the account recovery email is not being sent, but I don't know for sure. I've waited over a day now for it. What can I do to get back into my old account?

Include the other name of your account and the email address to verify the ownership.
