Attack Animation Not Playing

Hey all, whenever I attack with my weapon, the attacking animation stutters and my character stands still with her weapon out. The sound for attacking plays, and it seems like it registers the hit but the swinging animation does not play. When I started a new game, the attack animations seem to work. Corrupted file on my end or just bad modding? I downloaded the Pretty Combat Animations mod, and when I tried to install it on MO2, I got the missing files error but installed it anyway would this be the cause?
