Is there a setting to turn on jealousy only for spouses/engaged couples?

I try to find the best setting for my play. I want something like that:

 

I want to disable jealousy for sims with a low romantic state or for only "lovebirds".

But I want jealousy for engaged and married couples by default - Except with some kind of Wicked attributes.

 

What is the best way for something like this idea?
