Height Slider for Custom Slider Framework

I'm trying to find (and set) height values for my Sims and have tried using the Custom Slider Framework (CSF), but all I see is an option to reset all sliders. Reading the article on ColonelNutty's wiki, it seems that I need to download sliders for the CSF; there's a link for a related CSF Adult Body Sliders, which I downloaded and installed and now shows up under the sliders, but I'm looking for height.

Any links for body sliders built for the CSF?
