Need help with mismatched skin tone

Does anyone knows how to fix the mismatched skin tone? I tried to make the character and all the npc look pretty so i added cbbe stuff and high poly stuff. I tried to follow the instructions as best as I can when installing them. I have no idea how to fix this, please help me.

Probably a follower mod, which has head parts setcas playable.
