[REQ] Touhou/ Za Warudo type attack mod (spell or power)

Hello, I was hoping someone here with more skill then I have could make a mod like Sakuyas attack in Touhou (freeze time, throw a large ammount of knives (which could be done with the new but working throwing knife mod or arrows if thats easier) or Za Warudo (search it, same concept of freeze time throw projectiles, then unfreeze time and they all launch at once.) If someone is capable of doing so I would appreciate it greatly and if I can help please tell me.
