Cannot change face after sex change

Basically, I can't change the face of my character, who is a male Nord and a vampire lord, after sex change. He or she keeps the original male head (neck and above), but the body can be changed.

 

Is this a problem with the game or do I need to provide my mod list first?

Actually, i found a way to avoid the bug. First, I change the race. Then, the sex change can be done without problem.
