How do I put captured bandits or other NPC's (who are not followers) into ZAP 8.0+ furniture?

Apologies if this is a noon question, but I have Defeat working and I have Zaz installed and Zaz helper so I can place furniture. I am able to get Lydia into the furniture. But how do I get bandits or NPCs I have abducted into the furniture?

 

Also, how do I have sex or run zaz animations on characters in the furniture? I only get the option to talk to them when they are tied up.

 

Would love a 'beginners guide to Zaz'  if such a thing existed. Thanks
