[Request] Need help fixing a hair mod

I recently downloaded the upgraded version of the Aeris armor mod from here.

 

I downloaded it thinking it would fix the hair problem i've been having with that mod, and alas, i'm still having the problem. So i'm in need of assistance in fixing this. Whenever i put the hair mod in the CK and check the hair on one of the actor models, the hair just doesnt come out right. One of the hairs only appear on the top of the head but not the rest, the other hair makes the entire face disappear.

 

After downloading the upgrade, i found out the mod doesnt add in the hair as a piece of armor, rather it adds it to the hairlist. My problem is i want to use this mod to make an NPC look like Aeris. However, when i tried it out in the hairlist, it didnt load the hair and made her bald.

 

So if anyone can help me out and figure out how to get the hair to work on an NPC or get it to load properly on a piece of equippment, i would greatly appreciate it. This situation seems to be beyond my knowledge.
