Very own place in game

Hi. I wonder if it's possible with mods or without them to have a separate room in game, so the game doesn't spare PC's resources to render the world outside of my house, which I'm not interested in, and what is also important, no sims other than mine. Only my sims, the room(or a household), objects in room and nothing else.
