[Request] [GTAV] humiliate NPCs

hello, I don't know how to make mods for gtav anyone know? Anyone willing to make a mod script for the game?

I thought of a great idea, it would be cool to threaten the npcs to make them take their clothes off in front of you, and make them dance or do humiliating things like imitate animals or even land for a photo.

I came up with an idea of how it would work
1. you aim any weapon, (or just the pistol) at the npc.
2. at that moment a gta menu appeared with "press(button) to humiliate civil"
3. at that moment the npc would take off his clothes and leave them folded on the floor, or just take them off, as it is difficult to do
4. when the npc tries to cover himself while aiming the gun he will take his hands out of the way.
5. When selecting the cell phone camera the npc will land for sexy photos.
6. to humiliate the person I don't know how I could put this in the mod

cannot be done as npcs dont wear clothes the clothes are part of the model
