Always crashing in Markarth just before that breton dude attacks the imperial lady

Driving me insane as I am sure I have nothing that fiddles with it.  I dont even know if that is the cause either.

 

It just CTDs all the time when I enter that city, but its always after about 5 seconds of entry.

 

Load order is attached, its a beast but maybe someone can help.

 

Apart from Markarth issue so far Ive had no other issues.

i would try entering markarth, opening up the console ASAP, and if it doesnt crash, TAI or disable the breton dude and see if it crashes. if it isnt him causing the crash, try entering markarth with a different (preferably less moddy) character and see if it crashes.

ps, props to bethesda for making the buggiest game ever. skyrim really pisses me off sometimes.

Better yet, enter Markarth through an alternate means, deeper in the city - console into Understone Keep or get sent there by Sam Guevenne, for example, and see if you crash out there. If you do, then it's probably not the assassination event. If not, then use the console to immediately kill the assailant.

I figured out what was causing it

 

Dovahtracker so I uninstalled it for now.  Going to wait until its more stable.
