Need help with Creation Kit

I'm not a Modder, I just a normal mod user and I use MO2 to run creation kit, when I want to edit some mod script, I cannot click "add property" button It just gray out and I can't do anything about it, anyone know why ? and how to fix it.

The list you are seeing is read only and collects a part of all properties of the scripts attached (and does not update in real time, use the other button.)
