Need help to convert this armor

Hi, this is LB GoldLeopardArmor created by alexwar on modgames.com. i actually have asked about this armor in the 'what mod is this?' thread and somebody is very kind to find this for me. I like how this set looks if some parts of armor shown in the screenshots are unequipped to achieve a style that looks like this render image

The problem is i want to use this armor or CBBE v3, so i hope someone will convert this armor to

CBBE compatible version, thanks in advance
