combining khajiit texture packs for CBBE

i was wondering if anyone knew how to combine two packs.

i want to combine this one:

with this one:

http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/31522

mainly i want the skin of the first one with the six-nipple effect of the second one. is this possible? i lack modding abillity so if anyone knows hoe to do it please let me know.
