Looking for a mod! Random adventurer women NPCs who are caught in devious devices?

I'm redoing a lot of my mods and I think I have almost all of them setup correctly, but I may be missing one. I remember a mod where you'd find women caught in restraints in towns and dungeons, having triggered those cursed traps. Is that a part of DCL, or is it a different mod? I remember you could interact with them to either set them free or steal from them.
